III. PCR PLATES DESIGN
1. The plate has a working volume of 0.2ml per well. 2. The half-skirted plate provides superior rigidity and is easy to insert and extract. 3. Ultra-thin walls of uniform thickness - accelerate heat transfer leading to shorter cycle times and more consistent results. 4. Clearly visible with either clear or turbid samples. 5. Alphanumeric well coding available to further assist in sample storage and organization. 6. Available in five colors: clear, pink, green, blue and yellow.
